WARRANTY COVERAGE:
The Aisle Sign Dude aisle sign is warranted for a period of three (3) years from the date of the original consumer purchase from an authorized Aisle Sign Dude distributor. This warranty covers the finish against peeling, blistering, or eroding down to the substrate when used in normal applications and installed and maintained according to the manufacturer’s installation instructions.

EXCLUSIONS:
The following instances are not covered under this warranty:
Damage caused by improper storage, shipping, handling, or installation.
Aisle Sign Inserts
Any sign not installed using provided hanging hardware and installed in a vertical orientation
free from touching other objects.
Neglect, abuse, misuse, repair, or structural settlement.
Acts of God such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, earthquakes, severe weather, or other
natural phenomena beyond the control of Aisle Sign Dude.
Mildew, fungi, lack of proper maintenance, or chalking.
Color fade of less than 10 delta units.

REMEDY:
The purchaser’s sole remedy for any claim arising from the purchase, use, storage, or possession of Aisle Sign Dude products with Aisle Sign Dude’s factory-applied finish is as follows:
Aisle Signs will provide a new aisle sign that closely matches the original color as closely as possible, considering that colors may change over weathering and time.
Please note that any claim must fall within the terms of this warranty and be made within the warranty period. For any warranty-related issues, please contact an authorized Aisle Sign Dude representative or the Aisle Sign Dude customer service.
